One of the best treatments (massage + facial) I've had. Was set up in my hotel room but it felt like being in a spa. My therapist was organised and so professional and made it a great experience. The massage and facial itself were divine. She even arrived early to make sure everything was in order as she hadn't been to that hotel before.

Meshi is a true healer. We did a lot of hiking, biking and walking in New Zealand and all needed a massage. Meshi came to our home and prior to each massage, asked questions to assess our individual needs. I HIGHLY recommend her and the Indulge Mobile Massage service.

Le massage relaxant était parfait et Célia a su trouver mes zones de tension. Elle arrive un peu à l'avance et prend le temps de poser plein de question sur les éventuels traitements en cours, ou douleurs ou zones à éviter, elle offre un choix olfactif entre plusieurs huiles de massage, et aussi un choix de quelques options délicieuses à rajouter pendant le massage (gants à la kératine pour les pieds ou les mains, patch contour des yeux, etc..). Je recommande sans hésiter Indulge.

Absolutely terrible spoke to Michele they change our times four time then the fifth at 7pm they canceled that also. We planned our day around getting our massages. She gave all shorts of excuses blaming our hotel and the system that makes the reservations. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business due to their inflexible scheduling and customer service approach. As a guest needing to coordinate travel from downtown to the lodge, I requested a minor 15-minute adjustment to my appointment time to accommodate my schedule. However, their team repeatedly referenced their strict 100% cancellation fee rather than attempting to find a workable solution. When I inquired about rescheduling the treatment to the morning, the primary focus again was on enforcing the cancellation fee, rather than assisting with a suitable alternative. It felt as though revenue considerations took precedence over creating a positive experience for their guests. If flexibility and guest-centered service are important to you, I’d recommend exploring other options.

I can’t say enough good things about Renee’s massage therapy! I came in with significant back pain, and after just one session, I felt a huge difference. Renee is incredibly skilled and takes the time to understand exactly what you need. The best mobile massage I have had - and I have had many! High quality beds, organic products, prompt and friendly and most importantly, very skilled for both massage and facials! I have no idea how, but they even managed to have electric blankets on the beds and hot towels with no fuss or intrusion into our bathrooms. Loved it! Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our indulge mobile massage which we booked as a reward for our family travel party of 7 after a week of skiing. We had a very smooth booking process and no issue with booking our 7 massages in over a 2 hour window with four therapists arranged to enable us to enjoy the luxury of massage in our own house! The masseurs were incredibly accomodating with our requests including a second trimester pregnancy and a new fractured clavicle and accommodated these without issue! The massage beds and blankets were amazingly comfortable even with their own heating perfect for the NZ winter! All 7 of us had amazing massages and felt incredibly comfortable and relaxed by our experience! The luxury of being together and in our own accomodation made it a fabulous experience and we are very impressed by the team! Would highly recommend and will be certainly rebooking when we return to Queenstown!

My friend and I did a Pamper Party and we were massaged by Kaori who was really lovely and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Even though we were late with booking they still easily made room for us! The set up was so easy and the music and warm towels/blankets were the perfect touch. Highly recommend!

The best of the best massage in Queenstown! They came and set up their own equipment, transforming our hotel room with limited space into an amazing luxury spa retreat! They provided a heated massage table, luxurious essential oils to choose from, soothing background music, and hot towels for cleaning at the end. Most importantly, you don’t have to leave your room and travel anywhere. I had the best deep tissue massage with Kaori today. She’s so gentle, and she massaged all the right spots, releasing those painful knotted muscles. It was pure bliss! I even fell asleep during the massage. I wish I could give it a 10-star rating! We will definitely book Kaori and her team again whenever we are back in Queenstown. Gone are the days of having to travel somewhere for a massage. Thanks so much, Kaori!

You think you’ve had the best massage of your life until you’ve had an ‘Indulge’ massage. Seriously, these ladies are incredible. They set the mood with beautiful sounds, have you pick one of their five signature hot oils, discuss your needs and massage style, and then provide the most relaxing, luxurious, skilled massage you’ve ever had in your whole life; all within the comfort of your own home, or hotel room. The 120 minute Indulge Signature massage is my favourite but the 90 minute Soulmates Revival is also amazing if it’s you and a partner. I reserved an in hotel room deep tissue and foot massage while staying at the St Mortiz from Indulge Massage. Yuku was my therapist and she was excellent. In fact, it may have been the best massage I have ever had. The booking process was online and very simple. The hotel recommended the company so I felt confident in the process. I would highly recommend Indulge Massage.

I really liked the idea of the Valentine’s Day package. My only critique would be I should have gone for more massage and less facial. Rosie probably also felt the facial could have been 15mins. And maybe 15 mins on the feet. But really she loved Renee. Yuku was sweet maybe not quite hard enough and possible missed a few spots…. Absolutely awesome! From the minute Kaori arrived to the minute she left she was so polite and extremely professional and friendly. I left her to set up her table in my bedroom and returned to find myself in a spa!! The whole setup she brings with her is fantastic, right down to the speaker playing calming music. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets, and the comfort of the bed. The choice of oils was lovely. Kaori used just the amount of pressure I requested, and her hands were magical! I highly, highly recommend Indulge mobile spa and I’m going to make this a monthly treat to myself. The fact I don’t have to leave my house, and can just relax in my robe for the rest of the day if I want is fantastic.

Incredibly relaxing massage, beautiful oils and lovely staff with gentle hands. Who could ask for more than such a blissful experience in a cottage amongst the vines. Just bliss.

Following long overseas trips and then the zip line, my wife and I and daughter were in much need of a massage, which we have regularly. After allot of research, we selected Indulge, and we were delighted with our choice. Michelle and her colleague therapist both delivered a very professional and relaxing massage. The mobile beds were a great surprise, and very comfortable indeed. Their attention to detail, including a choice of scents, was impressive. We also appreciate therapists who have great and kind energy, which they both had. No hesitation, at all, in recommending.

Cannot recommend enough! We use Indulge each time we come to Queenstown and I don’t know how they do it but each time is better than the last. You are listened to and the massage is exactly to your liking. They are warm, friendly and professional. It's true! It really is a mobile day spa with a heated blanket, oils and hot cloths. Just had an amazing 1.5hr massage with Michelle who very easily (and skillfully) put me into a full body relaxation state, after a few days of physical activity whilst in Queenstown. Myself and my partner booked a couples massage. Our hotel room in Frankton wasn't huge but they made it work! Hands down the best massage we have both had. We had been walking everywhere and snowboarding which makes for tight and sore muscles. My partner has scoliosis which makes his back extremely sensitive and he cannot usually enjoy massages but he loved it! There were lots of little details that were surprising for a mobile service such as the heating mat under the sheets, the heated towels and the range of aromatherapy oils they tailor to your needs. Could not recommend this company enough. If I ever find myself back in Queenstown will definitely book again.

My wife and I have travelled to Queenstown for our honeymoon and were advised by the Kamana lakehouse staff that Indulge mobile spa would be perfect for an in room luxurious massage. We are very pleased to say that they are fantastic at what they do. The treatment was unbelievable and made all other massages we’ve previously had pale in comparison. I even made the comment that I felt like I have had a complete back transplant! Besides being so relaxing, the treatment completely renewed our bodies. This won’t be the last time we use Indulge, it is a must do if you’re looking for a special, relaxing thing to do when travelling to Queenstown. The staff are also incredible. 5 stars.

What an amazing experience for my family on day one of our holiday. I arranged a surprise 'pamper party' for my adult family who definitely needed some pampering! I will definitely be rebooking. I highly recommend this treatment, especially for people living a fast paced life who probably have more tension than they realise until afterwards.

I highly recommend Indulge Mobile Spa! I booked a pregnancy massage and it was just amazing. I also had a couple of deep tissue massages and muscle release massage before. I won't book with anyone else. If you are looking for the best massage, book with indulge. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing experience! Michelle was super lovely and great at explaining the process. The body scrub left my skin feeling so smooth and the massage was easily the best I've ever had - she found areas of knots/tension and focused on relieving them. An absolutely sublime experience - could not recommend Indulge enough. After a 3 day hiking experience, this was just the treatment to end our South Island trip. Great communication from booking to visit, very professional set-up on arrival at our accommodation with Michelle and Martina giving my friend and I a couples massage & facial treatment, and fantastic quality as therapists - was really well pampered. Wouldn't hesitate to book Indulge again when visiting Queenstown; it really is wonderful to not have to drive away from a Spa when you've finished your treatment, but just relax in your own abode and reap the benefits of a great massage. This was absolutely the best thing after coming off the Humpridge hike. Having Indulge come to our accommodation in the evening felt like the height of luxury. The massage therapists were super professional and so so skilled. I highly recommend and 60 minutes is definitely not long enough.

Absolutely amazing! After a 3 day very hard hike at Humpridge Ridge we treated ourselves with a massage. Michelle communicate superbly and accommodated our time frame so well. Massage was from heaven. Can’t recommend enough! Will hike again just to have another heavenly massage!

We were a bit skeptical when booking our massages as we had never done this before in NZ. But Michelle was fantastic! She was able to reschedule at very short notice so this worked out well for us. On the day of the massage, Michelle arrived on time and got right to setting up and made it look and feel like a spa away from home. She even had soothing spa music and immediately set the tone for our session. We did the smell test which I thought was a very unique experience. I did the body polish first and then the massage. My skin has never felt so soft after the body polish. The massage was more than I could've imagined as the kinks in my back were gone which was just amazing as I've had this backache for as long as I can remember. Michelle used warm oil and towels which was another nice touch. She even prepared the shower for me after my body polish. Another personal added touch! Overall experience was more than what we had expected and we will definitely be booking with Michelle on our next trip to Queenstown!
