Absolutely awesome! From the minute Kaori arrived to the minute she left she was so polite and extremely professional and friendly. I left her to set up her table in my bedroom and returned to find myself in a spa!! The whole setup she brings with her is fantastic, right down to the speaker playing calming music. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets, and the comfort of the bed. The choice of oils was lovely. Kaori used just the amount of pressure I requested, and her hands were magical! I highly, highly recommend Indulge mobile spa and I’m going to make this a monthly treat to myself. The fact I don’t have to leave my house, and can just relax in my robe for the rest of the day if I want is fantastic.

Habituée des massages en Europe et ayant expérimenté des massages également en Indonésie et en Thaïlande ce massage de 60 minutes en couple dans notre chambre d'hôtel fut incroyable. Un entretien de quelques minutes pour définir les zones cibles et choisir l'huile de massage et c'est parti . A la fin de ce massage je n'ai plus aucun noeuds dans le dos et la nuque ce qui n'est pas toujours évident à obtenir . Merci encore pour ce sublime massage, en cas de retour a Queenstown je réserve d'office à nouveau .

Incredibly relaxing massage, beautiful oils and lovely staff with gentle hands. Who could ask for more than such a blissful experience in a cottage amongst the vines. Just bliss.

Following long overseas trips and then the zip line, my wife and I and daughter were in much need of a massage, which we have regularly. After allot of research, we selected Indulge, and we were delighted with our choice. Michelle and her colleague therapist both delivered a very professional and relaxing massage. The mobile beds were a great surprise, and very comfortable indeed. Their attention to detail, including a choice of scents, was impressive. We also appreciate therapists who have great and kind energy, which they both had. No hesitation, at all, in recommending.

Cannot recommend enough! We use Indulge each time we come to Queenstown and I don’t know how they do it but each time is better than the last. You are listened to and the massage is exactly to your liking. They are warm, friendly and professional. Little touches like being able to choose your scent of oil and calming music all adds to your amazing experience. If you are ever in Queenstown try them out, you will not regret it. My massage with Tomomi was literally one of the best massages I have ever had (and I have had a lot!)

It's true! It really is a mobile day spa with a heated blanket, oils and hot cloths. Just had an amazing 1.5hr massage with Michelle who very easily (and skillfully) put me into a full body relaxation state, after a few days of physical activity whilst in Queenstown. The best way to end my holiday before I return to the hustle and bustle of life. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to indulge in some self-care 💖 😌

Rina was an angel. She gave me a beautiful facial and was very professional and kind. You could tell she was highly qualified, working on my sinuses as well as my neck and shoulders .. with the beautiful facial on top of that. I would definitely recommend!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our massages. Kaori our lovely massage therapist gave us one of the best massages by far and that says a lot as we have had lots of massages in the past. It was amazing that we could have an in home massage whilst our little toddler was having a nap. There aren’t many businesses that offer this in home service so this was a real treat. We will be back (most likely with friends) on our next visit to Queenstown! Thank you so much 😊

My sister and I booked a couple's massage. Savanna was my massage therapist. Over the service was incredible. The provided everything needed. Soothing music, Massage table, heated blankets, options of essential massage oils and even a warm towel at the end. Savanna provided the best massage that I had ever had. I booked in for the deep tissue massage. Her service was the perfect balance of getting into all my knots and also relaxing at the same time. I did not want it to end. Would highly recommend!

Myself and my partner booked a couples massage. Our hotel room in Frankton wasn't huge but they made it work! Hands down the best massage we have both had. We had been walking everywhere and snowboarding which makes for tight and sore muscles. My partner has scoliosis which makes his back extremely sensitive and he cannot usually enjoy massages but he loved it! There were lots of little details that were surprising for a mobile service such as the heating mat under the sheets, the heated towels and the range of aromatherapy oils they tailor to your needs. Could not recommend this company enough. If I ever find myself back in Queenstown will definitely book again.

Laura has just left me in a puddle of bliss. 😍 I indulged in a 2hour muscle release massage and the ability to have her come to me in my room was just brilliant. I seriously recommend Indulge Mobile Spa and Laura in particular for great relaxation if you are in Queenstown.

My wife and I have travelled to Queenstown for our honeymoon and were advised by the Kamana lakehouse staff that Indulge mobile spa would be perfect for an in room luxurious massage. We are very pleased to say that they are fantastic at what they do. The treatment was unbelievable and made all other massages we’ve previously had pale in comparison. I even made the comment that I felt like I have had a complete back transplant! Besides being so relaxing, the treatment completely renewed our bodies. This won’t be the last time we use Indulge, it is a must do if you’re looking for a special, relaxing thing to do when travelling to Queenstown. The staff are also incredible. 5 stars.

My wife had a relaxing massage and said it was the best she's ever had ... and she's had a few. I had a deep tissue massage and it was amazing, with the pressure being kept up for the entire hour. I loved the added extras such as the massage oil being heated up, the warmed massage table and hot towels at the end. An absolutely sublime experience - could not recommend Indulge enough. After a 3 day hiking experience, this was just the treatment to end our South Island trip. Great communication from booking to visit, very professional set-up on arrival at our accommodation with Michelle and Martina giving my friend and I a couples massage & facial treatment, and fantastic quality as therapists - was really well pampered. I was lucky enough to WIN this fabulous 60min deep tissue massage - heaven and (good) pain all at once 🙂 Michelle worked her magic amazingly well - highly recommend. And you don't have to leave your home / park or prepare for public mingling as all at your home.

Had booked a spa package and had to change it 3 times due to Covid. Michelle was great in accommodating the changes. Finally had the opportunity to have a massage and facial with the lovely Laura. It did not take me long to zone out and go to that place of tranquility. Megan was completely phenomenal. I’ve had hundreds of massages and she was absolutely up there with the best. Only regretted not booking for longer!

What an amazing experience for my family on day one of our holiday. I arranged a surprise 'pamper party' for my adult family who definitely needed some pampering! Michelle was great to deal with, good communication and she even put me onto a wonderful nail lady to come to our accommodation at the same time. Michelle and her wonderful team took great care of our group from the minute they stepped through the doors of our accommodation creating a wonderful 'zen' spa atmosphere, with a vast array of essential massage oils to choose from. Our family loved every bit of their pampering, it was such a great way to start our wee break away, and worth every penny, and I cannot recommend the team enough! Thank you Michelle and team...we will be sure to look you up again next time we're in town 🙂

I highly recommend Indulge Mobile Spa! I booked a pregnancy massage and it was just amazing. I also had a couple of deep tissue massages and muscle release massage before. I won't book with anyone else. If you are looking for the best massage, book with indulge. You won't be disappointed.

I had Stacey at Indulge come and give me a full body massage and it was incredible! All of the Indulge oils smell beautiful and I felt like I was in a 5 star spa in my own living room! I am a local to Queenstown and Will be booking again and again for myself and my partner. 100% reccommend.

We had Indulge come out to our hotel during our recent stay in Queenstown. They were so professional, set up and packed up quickly, it was just like having a luxury spa massage but from the comfort of our suite! We highly recommend them.

This was absolutely the best thing after coming off the Humpridge hike. Having Indulge come to our accommodation in the evening felt like the height of luxury. The massage therapists were super professional and so so skilled. I highly recommend and 60 minutes is definitely not long enough.

Absolutely amazing! After a 3 day very hard hike at Humpridge Ridge we treated ourselves with a massage. Michelle communicate superbly and accommodated our time frame so well. Massage was from heaven. Can’t recommend enough! Will hike again just to have another heavenly massage!

We were a bit skeptical when booking our massages as we had never done this before in NZ. But Michelle was fantastic! She was able to reschedule at very short notice so this worked out well for us. On the day of the massage, Michelle arrived on time and got right to setting up and made it look and feel like a spa away from home. She even had soothing spa music and immediately set the tone for our session. We did the smell test which I thought was a very unique experience. I did the body polish first and then the massage. My skin has never felt so soft after the body polish. The massage was more than I could've imagined as the kinks in my back were gone which was just amazing as I've had this backache for as long as I can remember. Michelle used warm oil and towels which was another nice touch. She even prepared the shower for me after my body polish. Another personal added touch! Overall experience was more than what we had expected and we will definitely be booking with Michelle on our next trip to Queenstown!
