Before your treatment:
Your skin is prepared and nourished with a customised plan of medical-grade skincare for 4–6 weeks. This ensures your skin is strong, hydrated, and primed for optimal results.

During your treatment:
The EXCEED device gently creates microchannels with expert precision. Most clients describe the sensation as comfortable.

Immediately after:
Expect a warm, flushed glow. Your skin will feel alive, active, and ready to regenerate.

Recovery:
Redness typically subsides within 24–48 hours. Makeup and sunscreen may be applied the following day. With little downtime, most clients return to normal activities immediately.

To prepare your skin for success, we ask that you:

• Use a broad spectrum SPF daily.

• Incorporate a hydrating serum with hyaluronic acid or niacinamide.

• Begin on Vitamin A (retinol), Vitamin C, and essential fatty acids as directed by your skin therapist.

• Stay hydrated with at least 2 litres of water daily.

This preparation strengthens your skin barrier, improves healing, and ensures you see visible results from your very first treatment.

To protect your results:

• Avoid heat, exercise, swimming, or saunas for 24–48 hours.

• Skip actives (Vitamin A, C, and exfoliating acids) for 5–7 days.

• Apply only approved soothing and hydrating products recommended by your Indulge therapist.

Always wear SPF daily.

Microneedling results are cumulative. While your skin will feel refreshed from the very first session, the most powerful changes come with a series of treatments.

• Recommended course: 3–6 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

• Maintenance: Every 6–12 months depending on your goals.

Microneedling may not be suitable if you have:

• Active acne, eczema, dermatitis, or psoriasis

• Open lesions or infections

• History of keloid scarring

• Immunosuppression or certain autoimmune conditions

• Recent Roaccutane use (6–12 months depending on depth)
